Hey, here's my first hero for this thing.

Azazel is a mage with a short cooldown poke and good Area of Effect damage, with decent to good range, providing potent slows at that. He fits very well into Area of Effect compositions exactly because of his great AoE damage. His cc is minimally lacking however, seeing as these are not hard ccs.

Lore

Part of the demons, Azazel has been warped through dimensions. He serves his Lord "Your Malevolence" Monde.

Years ago, he was part of a cult that had deeply studied different magics and believed in the occult. Reading through entire libraries, he seemed to have found immense arcane power hidden deep under the grass of a magical forest. A cave led deep down to his find. Azazel couragely went in alone, simply to prevent harm from the rest of his group that had sought such power. Or, just so that he doesn't have to share. His childish behavior however was not stopped as he entered and soon would change his entire life.

With various spells, Azazel had been attempting to summon the slumbering might, but it all failed. As he was about to leave, the earth shook. He lifted his hood, turned around, and the last thing he saw with his human eyes was a green flash.

As he woke up on the ground, he had been in an entirely different world and an entirely different body. It was no longer human. He had lost his face, his bones, flesh, skin, everything. It was just a mass of green, glowing magic. It appears his power was best off not being shared after all. Soon, he leaves the cave and finds himself near a castle. With nowhere else to go, he enters... Nothing else is known about how Lord Monde had made him do his bidding.

Nowadays, he wrecks havoc and bends reality, warps space-time, and confuses the poor lost souls with his wide array of arcane, ethereal or even plasmatic magic.

He freely follows his Lord's orders and never declines. Azazel greatly enjoys amusing the Lord by making the poor mortals suffer and despair. And he won't stop for a long, long time.

For every 2% of missing health, Azazel gains 0.5 bonus intelligence. This bonus stops capping when Azazel has reached 75% of missing health.

Active: Azazel releases a projectile into a target direction which moves very fast and deals magic damage to the first enemy hit.

  • Magic Damage: 35 / 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 (+ 30% AP)
  • Projectile Speed: 1600

If it is reactivated in the next second, the blast will slow down significantly but deal more damage. The reactivation costs the regular mana cost.

Active: Azazel bends reality in a target 275-radius area. The area deals magic damage and slows the enemy for 1 second. After another second, the area will disappear and slow the enemy for double the original value.

  • Slow: 15% / 17.5% / 20% / 22.5% / 25%

Azazel E

Active: Azazel turns ethereal, draining his mana every second. He will disjoint any incoming projectiles and gain bonus movement speed.

Azazel R

Active: Azazel absolutely curses the ground in front of him in a 400-radius wide cirdle. Enemies inside the area are slowed heavily for 1.5 seconds and are dealt magic damage.

  • Magic Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 60% AP)
  • Slow: 50% / 60% / 70%

Changed passive: Now caps at 75% of missing health and Azazel gains 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 bonus intelligence instead of 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 bonus intelligence. Azazel gains 0.5 bonus intelligence for every 2% of missing health, capping at 75% of missing health.

• Due to coding limitations, R cone changed to a 400-radius circle.
